Limitless Financial LLC (operating under the trade name Limitless Financial) operates an SMS / text messaging program for users who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number through the chat widget on https://www.sellwithlimitless.com and explicitly check one or both consent checkboxes.

Types of messages you may receive:

• Customer care messages - responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your existing inquiry or relationship with us.
• Promotional messages - special offers, event announcements, program updates, and other marketing communications.

How you opt in: You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number through the chat widget on our website and explicitly checking one or both of the independent consent checkboxes. Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4 messages per month per consent category.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply to all SMS communications you send to or receive from us.

How to opt out: You can opt out of either or both SMS categories at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS messages from us in that category. To opt out of all SMS communications, reply STOP to any message from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile data: Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services (such as our CRM provider GoHighLevel and our SMS aggregator) is permitted strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
